Support BA’s outsourced workers: Demand fair wages now
March 12, 2025

British Airways (BA), a name synonymous with excellence, must uphold the same standard for all its workers. Hundreds of dedicated individuals, who are essential to BA’s operations, are employed through outsourcing companies and are paid significantly less than their directly employed counterparts for performing the same crucial work.
This inequality cannot stand. BA must be accountable for the standards in their supply chain and ensure fair treatment and dignity for all workers contributing to their success. Poverty wages have no place in an industry of BA’s stature and profitability.
Unite the Union, a proud affiliate of the ITF, is leading the charge for fairness. Their campaign calls on BA’s CEO to address this injustice and ensure outsourced workers receive wages that reflect their dedication and contribution.
We urge you to stand in solidarity. Sign Unite’s petition today and add your voice to the demand for fair pay and dignity at work. Together, let’s show British Airways and the global aviation industry that exploitation has no place here.
