In the aftermath of the launch of the Ryanair Crew Charter on July 4th, the global media has stressed the difficult conditions Ryanair Cabin Crew and Ground Staff work under. At the Summit of Ryanair workers, they set forth 39 demands to Ryanair to help improve the working conditions under which they are employed.

They made clear that their demands are far from unreasonable, and that is now time for Ryanair to listen to their demands and respond in a fair and meaningful way to national unions and workers across Europe. Items such as the mandatory use of Irish bank accounts, the requirement to physical report sick for duty by going into their bases, and the severe stress put on them by Ryanair managers to reach sales targets are just some of the concerns that the crew members want addressed.
