Boeing predicts China will need 5,000 new aircraft by 2030

Boeing has increased its 20-year forecast for new airliner demand in China by almost 700 aircraft compared to just 10 months ago.

In a statement released Wednesday, Boeing projects that China will require 5,000 new commercial airplanes valued at $600 billion through 2030.
