Berlin airports strike extended (news.com.au)

A strike by ground crew workers at Berlin’s two commercial airports has been extended until early Wednesday, the Verdi union says.
The initial strike over pay by around 2,000 workers had been called until early Tuesday.
The walkout began on Monday morning (local time) and affects both of the German capital’s airports – Schoenefeld in the southeast and Tegel in the northwest.
